This policy explains how HomeStylists (Home Stylists LLC, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects information when you visit homestylists.com, send us an inquiry, review or sign an estimate, make a payment, or exchange text messages with us.

Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, property address and project details when you fill out our inquiry form, call, email or text us, or sign an estimate.
Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card or bank account number.
Website usage: basic analytics such as pages visited and the type of device and browser, collected through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.

How we use your information

To respond to your inquiry and prepare estimates.
To schedule and carry out staging, design and remodeling work, including appointment, delivery and pickup reminders.
To send agreements, invoices and payment receipts.
To improve our website and services.

Text messages (SMS)

If you agree to receive text messages from us, we use your mobile number only to text you about your inquiry and project: appointment, staging and pickup reminders, project updates, and replies to your questions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts at any time, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Information may be shared only with the service providers that deliver our text messages (such as our messaging provider and mobile carriers) for the sole purpose of sending them.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, such as payment processing (Stripe), text messaging (Twilio), email (Google), website hosting (Cloudflare) and form delivery, and only as needed for them to provide those services.
